Dear Hawes Families,

Please take a moment at your earliest convenience to complete and/or update the Elementary School Dismissal form on your student's Skyward profile.  This form was inadvertently left off the Annual Mandatory Skyward update until today, so even if you completed the update, you must return to complete this form.  This is the form by which you inform us of your plans for your child's dismissal, and the people you authorize we may dismiss him/her/they to.  It is extremely important.

Below please find instructions to guide you to the form on Skyward, which is located under "Online Forms".

  1. Login to Skyward Family Access
  2. Click Online Forms under the Home menu
  3. For Hawes Elementary Dismissal Policy, click Fill Out Form (one for each student in your family)
  4. Select 1. Dismissal Policy Form. Make your selections, then click Complete Step 1 and move to Step 2 at the bottom of the form.
  5. Click Submit Hawes Elementary Dismissal Policy to mark the process as complete.
